Miranda – Miranda Lishaa has experience in management and business consulting. She started working in an office environment as a high school student. And by early college years, she had experience as an administrative assistant in a medical office and worked in an accounting office learning accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliation, and how to deal with financial discrepancies. This experience taught her the basic fundamentals of accounting. Miranda went on to working with California Pizza Kitchen, where she started as a server and developed the fundamental skills that lead her into an assistant management position within the restaurant industry. During her 12 years at California Pizza Kitchen she handled the day-to-day operations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, and personnel management, including hiring, scheduling and employee training and development. Over the years she developed and defined her customer service and interpersonal skills. After her restaurant experience, she went on to assist in the launch of a new event planning business as a consultant. Here she gained the urge to become an entrepreneur. Through all of this Miranda has always had a passion for home repair and remodeling. Despite her limited knowledge of the building trades at the time, she did a large amount of work to her current house on her own including trim, hanging doors, tiling, light electrical, drywall patching and painting. She desires to run her own business and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty.
